Health & Safety Issue Details	This hazard was first addressed on the E-WIP in June 2019. This chemical is dangerous and is a hazard. It is again noted on the E-WIP June 2021. Same bottle. Please remove.

Corrective Action	Principals have products removed from the workplace. Refer to the TDSB Housekeeping Memo, found on the OH&S Webpage. Cleaning products must be purchased through SAP and the Distribution Centre.
Corrective Action Taken	The caretaker on site during the school closure agreed to remove this item. The room is unassigned this year.
