Health & Safety Issue Observed	household cleaners present (not TDSB approved)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Reported on last three years, June 2019, June 2020 and again June 2021. Teacher is aware but has not removed. This is not a Caretaker duty to remove a teacher's belongings, this is administration duty to make sure the hazard is addressed.

Corrective Action	Principals have products removed from the workplace. Refer to the TDSB Housekeeping Memo, found on the OH&S Webpage. Cleaning products must be purchased through SAP and the Distribution Centre.
Corrective Action Taken	Item was removed each time. Principal has followed-up with the teacher again and will check the classroom at next opportunity.
