Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls. See the TDSB Housekeeping Memo for additional information, on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	Notification #13170879 was put in on Feb. 16, 2018 to have art fixture reinforce to concrete ceiling above tile ceiling. This notification was completed by Carpenters on November 28, 2018.
