Corrective Action Taken	A notification to cement Masons Projects # 13628809 was created on June 17, 2021 - Please repair water leak through walls and floor in boiler room. It is very close to air compressor and some electrical panels to which electrical lines are corroded.There is and old notification # 13292678 from 2018.10.29 for this issue created. As per Health and safety inspection protocol from 2021.06.12
