Corrective Action	Caretaker/Principal - Resolution - do what you can to ensure this area/room is accessible to the OH&S inspector at next inspection. If no specific Resolution is required, enter, NO ACTION required.
Corrective Action Taken	School doors were locked as per current Health and Safety policy. Caretaker's telephone number was posted on the door and staff scheduled to visit the school at a specific time to pick up their essential belongings were only to be at the side door at the scheduled time after passing a successful self-assessment. We will do what we can to ensure Area 3 is accessible to Health and Safety inspector at the next visit.
