Health & Safety Issue Details	This Mechanical Room is located at the bottom of the stairs outside the Automotive Shop. There is a ladder to access the room, and there is no lighting, switches have no effect.

Corrective Action	Head caretaker to inspect lighting , should bulb need replacing, otherwise, if not working, notification for electrician.
