Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	There is an extension used to power the LCD projector at the ceiling. Since extension cords are not to be used as permanent wiring, unless an electrical drop is installed directly at the projector, the only solution I can see for the time being is to unplug the projector at the end of each day.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	These cord and power bar are no longer there.
