Health & Safety Issue Details	The climbing wall grips in the gym are of concern to the gym staff. They are concerned that someone could bump into them because the grips stick out from the wall. They are not in use anymore and could be removed fairly easily. See photo.

Corrective Action	Principal to tag out equipment until repair is complete or remove equipment from the workplace.
Corrective Action Taken	The grip stick is taken down from the wall.
