Health & Safety Issue Details	reminder to all staff and visitors TDSB mask policy is that everyone in the building must be wearing a mask at all times even if you are alone only time a mask can be remove is eating or drinking all other time masks are to be worn.did see staff not wearing a mask on my visit.

Corrective Action	Principal to order additional masks from the Distribution Centre.
Corrective Action Taken	There are boxes of masks at the main doors and at the staff entrance doors for visitors. ALL staff members received a substantial supply of masks throughout the year.
