Health & Safety Issue Observed	inappropriate storage of materials/furniture/shelving, or clutter
Health & Safety Issue Details	If the order was followed to have the replacement parts sent to this room for exchange, then the order should have been followed to have the garbage / recycling removed as well. Cleaning up after the trades is not the function of the caretaking staff.

Corrective Action	Principal to review work area with employees to make the area safe. The TDSB Housekeeping Memo outlines standards for the workplace and it is available on the OH&S Webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	sheet trade left the old guards just in case.. it is out of the way and no one has to get near it.
