Health & Safety Issue Observed	workplace inspection hazards (E-WIP) not addressed
Health & Safety Issue Details	This hazard has been reported for several years, this metal bolt thing is very difficult to remove. This is a designated fire route and the doors should have push bars for safe exit in an emergency. Caretaker has submitted numerous notifications but the hazard has not been corrected.

Corrective Action	Principal/Site Supervisor are reminded of their requirement to respond to all hazards within 21 days. The completed inspection report is to be 'printed' and then posted on the Health & Safety bulletin Board.
