Health & Safety Issue Details	Grinder and C&C machine are not secured to floor. The C&C is not likely to tip, but the grinder could.

Corrective Action	Principal to tag out equipment until repair is complete or remove equipment from the workplace.
Corrective Action Taken	C&C machine needs to be removed as it is no longer required for program. Request will be made to have it removed. Request to secure grinder to the floor will be made.
