Health & Safety Issue Details	Spray painting the ceiling tile, to address the stain, did not stop the mold from growing through from the back of the tile. This tile needs to be replaced ASAP.

Corrective Action	Principal to work with Caretaker to address concerns. If further action is required, create a Notification in SAP for appropriate trades to investigate. Contact your Regional OH&S Officer if no action is undertaken by Facilities Services.
