Health & Safety Issue Details	The wires running along the wall are not a trip hazard. The wire from the wall to the projector are the portion that need to be covered.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	An order was submitted to purchase a rubber wire cover. We will place it in the classroom, over the wiring, as soon as it arrives.
