Health & Safety Issue Details	Bottle station in hallway near exit 1, water fountain part should be isolated and leaving the filling station open.

Corrective Action	Principal to remind staff/student that drinking fountains are not to be used at this time. Only bottle filling is allowed at designated fixtures.
Corrective Action Taken	Students and Staff were reminded not to drink from the fountain directly.
