Health & Safety Issue Details	Employee voices concern that a Temporary Worker received major hair loss pulled from her scalp and a broken thumb due to a violent incident with a student. The Temporary Worker did not complete ERWVI form or Employee Accident/Injury Report. Principal was aware of injury. Worker has not returned to work due to fear of possible recurrence of violent injury.
