Health & Safety Issue Details	Rainwater leaking from window/fan room grill above room. Possible mould development, as workers report a damp musty smell after rainfalls & leak areas have brown & black discoloration. This leak has been ongoing for the 3 years that I have been inspecting the school & workers in the room report that the leak dates back 6-10 years.

Corrective Action	Principal to work with Caretaker to address concerns. If further action is required, create a Notification in SAP for appropriate trades to investigate. Contact your Regional OH&S Officer if no action is undertaken by Facilities Services.
