Health & Safety Issue Observed	inappropriate storage of materials/furniture/shelving, or clutter
Health & Safety Issue Details	Heavy items on upper most shelf as well as on lower shelving is causing the buckling of parts of the shelving area. Staff making use of the desk and phone directly adjacent and beneath these items may be at risk of injury if the shelving collapses.

Corrective Action	Room 211 was checked for the inappropriate storage of materials. There was no evidence of heavy items on shelving causing buckling.
