Health & Safety Issue Details	Temperature in room is low and has been low on a number of previous days. Air flow coming from top vent is cool and may be the result of air conditioners still operating.

Corrective Action	Staff concerns have been shared with administration and the engineer on site during the week. Engineer has explored all possibilities for the low temperature. Will discuss concerns with the Head caretaker upon his return to work on Mon. Nov. 13. New system which has been installed was to alleviate the low temperatures which it has not.
