Health & Safety Issue Details	Temperature is low and may be due to air conditioners still operating as the air coming from the vent is cool/cold. IAQ (temp) makes it difficult to do work in the room.

Corrective Action	Classroom teacher had not shared the concern with administration or caretaking. Caretaker will look into the reason for the low temperature upon his return to work on Mon. Nov. 13. The new system was to alleviate the low temperatures.
