Health & Safety Issue Observed	damaged surface (ie: wall, ceiling, flashing, drywall, flooring, stairs)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Room 4 was left in disrepair after contractors replaced steam boiler with hot water unit. Holes in walls, rough surfaces, cupboards permanently left open for pipe access, dirt, dust, grit, grime, etc. left behind. No preparation for construction by laying down tarps, no regular clean up of dust & debris during construction work, and nothing cleaned up after completion of work. Screws, dust, debris left behind. Staff forced to clean their own work areas on their own time for several days in order to prepare for first day of school. Damage to both personal and board property.
