Health & Safety Issue Observed	damaged surface (ie: wall, ceiling, flashing, drywall, flooring, stairs)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Day Care (Room 6) was left in disrepair after contractors replaced steam boiler with hot water unit. Holes in walls, rough surfaces, cupboards permanently left open for pipe access, dirt, dust, grit, grime, etc. left behind. No preparation for construction by laying down tarps, no regular clean up of dust & debris during construction work, and nothing cleaned up after completion of work. Screws, dust, $ debris left behind. Cinder block and brick still exposed after construction completed. Rough edges on chalk/cork-board never repaired after cut by workers, hole punched in wall next to dishwasher, never repaired, bricks and other debris tossed and left on playground. Staff forced to clean their own work areas on their own time for first day of school. Damage to both personal and board property.
