Associate Director, Organizational Transformation and Accountability

This position focuses on the transformation of employee services, organizational development, creation of robust processes to manage risk and a coherent forward-thinking approach to creating a strategy of equity and human rights.

This role has oversight for Employee Services, Staff Well-Being, Employment Equity and strengthening accountability throughout the organization. The Associate Director will be responsible for the System Equity Strategy and Human Rights and includes leadership of the Risk Management, Legal Services and Policy teams.

This Associate Director will focus on creating synergies between academic staff and central staff to better enable cohesive, accountable and focussed attention on transformative teaching, learning and community engagement to support the success of all the students.
