NOS OMNIA TENTEMUS ~ "Let Us Attempt All Things"
At Westview, our primary goal is to enable each student to maximize his or her potential and to be successful in meeting the challenges of post-secondary education and the world of work. In order to meet this goal, we offer a dynamic and varied academic program that includes a strong focus on mathematics, literacy and science; comprehensive career planning; and a diverse co-op program. Students at Westview have the opportunity to expand their learning through programs such as Positive Peer Culture, Leadership Training, Skills Development, Dual credit, STEPS and the ACE (Advanced Credit Experience) Program. At Westview we believe that all students are capable of achieving great success, and we strive to meet the needs of all students.
Specialized programs and community partnerships enhance the quality of learning in and computer engineering and graphic design. Courses in dance, dramatic arts, music, visual arts, photography and production publishing provide artistic and creative opportunities for self expression. The York University/Seneca College/Westview Partnership fosters increased attendance at colleges and universities. The Promoting Excellence Program is a unique program in partnership with the Caring Village Community Organization to help support student achievement.
