News ReleasesLaskin approved as sole chair of Trustees Toronto, ON, September 26, 2003 — Paul Christie, Supervisor of the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), yesterday officially accepted the resignation of Shelley Carroll as co-chair of Trustees. Carroll tendered a letter of resignation from the co-chair's position at the September 24, 2003, meeting of Trustees due to her candidacy for Toronto City Council in the upcoming municipal election. Christie accepted Carroll's resignation and approved Shelley Laskin, Trustee, Ward 11 as the sole chair of Trustees until the end of the term of office (November 30, 2003). For further information,
