Two students top this year’s TDSB scholar list

Congratulations to Run Ze Cao and Sean Goldhar, the two students named TDSB Top Scholars for the 2011-2012 school year. Run Ze from Martingrove CI and Sean from Lawrence Park CI both graduated with an impressive 99.7% average.

While Run Ze and Sean clearly excelled in school, they also kept very busy with a variety of extracurricular activities. Run Ze has won several gold and silver medals at Biology and Chemistry Olympiads around the world, and Sean spent many hours on the ice playing Junior A Hockey.

Both students have very bright futures ahead of them, starting with their plans for University this fall. Run Ze will major in both Biology and Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Sean, who is spending his summer working in a cancer research lab at Mount Sinai Hospital, will be attending the University of Toronto to study Life Sciences.
