Honouring Excellence at TDSB

Last night, a number of outstanding TDSB staff were honoured at the annual TDSB Excellence Awards!

Whether it was an individual teacher awarded for their incredible commitment to students or members of a team, school or department awarded for realizing one or more of the TDSB's five Strategic Directions, success and excellence was the theme of the night at Earl Haig SS.

"We need remarkable and talented team members throughout the TDSB to create effective schools," said Director of Education Chris Spence. "Our Excellence Award winners are shining examples of what it takes to provide the supports our students need to succeed each and every day."

The 19 winning individuals and groups received their awards in front of an appreciative crowd filled with Trustees, Superintendents, Principals, Teachers, staff and family members.
