Join Us For A Public Budget Consultation |
The TDSB is committed to maintaining and supporting excellent learning environments for all our students. To do that, each year, school boards are required by law to submit a balanced budget plan to the Ministry of Education. The TDSB is working to develop a balanced budget to present for Trustees to vote on at the June Board meeting. A critical part of the annual budget development process includes public consultations with our community. The purpose of the consultations is to: - Provide an overview of our financial outlook for 2010-11
- Present proposed expenditure reductions to achieve a balanced budget
- Seek input from our school communities
