| Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada (LINC) helps newcomers learn English and assists them in the settlement process and eventual integration into Canadian society. Classes are on a part-time and full-time basis (5 to 25 hours a week, including evenings and weekends at some locations). Most locations provide childminding services. Clients must be assessed for eligibility and language level by the YMCA Assessment Centre before being placed in a class. Please refer to our FAQ section for further information. |
