Types of Spaces Available for Permit

Elementary Schools (Junior)

• General Purpose Room or Gymnasium (classrooms are not available for permit)

Middle or Junior High School and Secondary Schools

• Auditorium, Gymatorium, or Cafetorium except for kitchen facilities and serveries which are not available for permit.
• Students` Cafeteria except for kitchen facilities and serveries which are not available for permit
• Classrooms (special program areas so designated by the Principal and Computer Labs are not available for permit).
• Gymnasium including dressing rooms and shower rooms if adequate adult supervision is available

Technical Equipment:  Lighting, sound, and projection equipment may be available, but only if operated by a Board assigned technical support crew.  Additional charges will apply.

Auditorium:  An Auditorium Agreement (25K 11/18/2008) is required to be signed when permitting the use of school auditoriums.

Gymnasium:  A Gymnasium Agreement (26K 7/21/2008) is required to be signed when permitting the use of school gyms. 

Sports Fields:  Choose the sub menu item "sports fields" for additional information pertaining to permitting the use of sports fields during the outdoor season.

Pools:  Choose the sub menu item "Pools" for additional information pertaining to permitting the use of school pools.
