Facility Availability Search

Operational Procedures

Before proceeding to search for available school facilities, it is important to review the menu item Dates and Times of Use and the following guidelines: 

School Year (September to June):  Please search after the end of October to get accurate results (based on the high volume of data entry transactions in September/October).

Summer (July and August):   Please search after the end of April to get accurate results (all requests received by the deadline date of March 1st are scheduled during the months of March and April).   Based on the schedule of summer programs approved by the end of April caretaking services are scheduled accordingly.    

Outdoor Season (mid-May to mid-October):  Please search after the end of March (all requests received by the deadline date of January 31st are scheduled during the months of February and March).  

Search for Availability Now: The search result is for information only.  There may be pending applications that have not yet been processed into the booking system.  The TDSB cannot guarantee that the spaces are still available when your application is received in the Permit Unit.
