Knowledge helps fuel what we do at the TDSB and allows us to make more informed decisions based on evidence, to enhance student success. By linking people, improving capacity and sharing information, the Organizational Development/Research and Information Services department:

•    Publishes brief, summary and comprehensive reports on research projects
•    Shares tools and techniques to help educators make evidence-based decisions
•    Conducts training and professional development to improve teaching and learning practices
•    Monitors and tracks programs and services
•    Encourages learning communities to share best practices
