Changes to the Reporting Cycle and Planning Calendar

The following information was sent home with students on Thursday, January 19th 2012:

This letter is to inform you of some changes that have been made to the Reporting Cycle and the Planning Calendar as per the Ministry’s Growing Success policy. 

• The February report card will be distributed to students on Wednesday, February 15^th.  This will be an interim report card with a mark only, no comments.
• Parents’ Night has been rescheduled and will be held on Thursday, February 23^rd from 4:00-5:30 p.m. and 7:00-8:30 p.m.  The Parent-Teacher Interview forms will be sent home with the report card.
• The second Provincial report card will be distributed to students on Friday, April 20^th.
• The final report card will be ready for pick up on Friday, June 29^th.

• February 1       A.M. Instructional Classes
•                         P.M. Exams (Semestered Math)
• February 2       Exam Day (Civics and Careers)
• February 3-10  Grad Photos (Sign Up Sheet in Main Office)
• February 15     Report Cards Distributed in Home Form
• February 17     PA Day
• February 20     Family Day
• February 21     12:10 p.m. Dismissal for Students; 1:00 p.m. PLT for Staff
• February 23     Early Dismissal 2:00 p.m.
•                         Parent-Teacher Interviews – 4:00-5:30 p.m. & 7:00-8:30 p.m.
• February 24     Late Start
