Health & Safety Issue Observed	damaged surface (ie: wall, ceiling, flashing, drywall, flooring, stairs)
Health & Safety Issue Details	A large chunk of plaster is missing in the side of the doorway of room 20. The inner wall material is exposed and should be plastered over.

Corrective Action	Notification #13112832 for plasterer to repair. The school had a number of cracks repaired recently and the project manager Ilena Obescu along with the contractor was show this to be repaired by both the principal and myself but it was never addressed.
