Health & Safety Issue Details	Left door (when looking outside) was not self-latching when checked. I couldn't tell, but it's possible that it was partially unlocked (with an Allen key) to remain open for voters to come in. Please check to ensure that door will self-close/latch to avoid intruder/security concerns.

Corrective Action	exterior doors collect debris at threshold which could cause latch not to catch. Checked and swept out . all in working order
