Software Transition Bulletin #3

We are pleased to advise that the processing of 2016-17 permits using our new software eBase is progressing well. Please note the following timelines: 

  • You may login any time to monitor the status of your permits. 
  • If you have requested assistance with purchasing insurance, we are sending a copy of the tentative permit to our insurance vendor Aon. Aon will provide a quote to you directly. You may choose another vendor and are under no obligation to purchase insurance through Aon. 
  • Please upload the insurance certificate to your permit file in eBase by August 15. 
  • We will soon be linking up eBase with the credit card processer. We will send out a notice at that time. If you have not successfully registered your credit card previously, that will be the time to login and enter your card information. 
  • A permit will not be approved until valid insurance and credit card information have been received. You will be notified if your permit approval is held up due to missing insurance or payment. 
  • Permit processing fees are due immediately as each permit is approved. Booking fees are due monthly, on the last day of the previous month. 
  • If you choose to pay by cheque, it must be received in full in our office by August 20.
