Earl Grey Senior Public School

School History

Albert Henry George Grey, 4th Earl Grey, (1851 – 1917) was a British nobleman who was Governor General of Canada from 1904 to 1911. He was a Liberal politician who sat in the House of Commons of the United Kingdom from 1880 to 1886. The Canadian football trophy the “Grey Cup" was named in his honour.
